Robert L. Shaver, Registered Patent Attorney
Robert L. Shaver co-founded the firm with Scott Swanson in 2015. Bob has worked primarily on patent and trademark preparation and prosecution. He has practiced patent law since 1995. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Washington and Idaho, the Federal District of Idaho, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Bob is now retired, and not actively practicing law.
Scott D. Swanson, Registered Patent Attorney
Scott D. Swanson co-founded the firm with Bob Shaver in 2015. Mr. Swanson has been registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since March of 2007, and has been a licensed attorney (licensed in Utah) since October of 2007. Scott is an Idaho native, born and raised in Pocatello, subsequently earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Idaho.
